Prepare to Gybe: Focused working session for your most pressing questions
This option works best for clients who aren’t ready to commit to a full financial plan and/or are facing shorter term financial decisions (e.g. buying a home, or considering a new opportunity). To gain maximum value from the session we strongly encourage clients to complete a “simplified online plan” in advance of the meeting.
We use our intuitive digital platform to gather the relevant financial information and ask clarifying questions prior to a 90 minute call. The call will be a “working session” within the financial planning software where we explore potential options to the decision you are most concerned about. We provide 3-5 actionable takeaways for your consideration alongside a recording of our working session.

This is a 30-day initial engagement culminating in a 90 minute recorded call. Follow-up calls are available for an additional fee as is maintaining access to the financial planning software. Unlimited email support is included during the initial engagement

Follow-up calls are available for $250/CAD per hour. Clients can maintain edit access to the work we have done in the financial planning software for $8.99 per month after the initial engagement period is complete.
Chart your course: Co-create a customized and pragmatic financial plan
This option is only available to clients who are willing to co-create a “detailed financial plan” using our intuitive digital platform. Gybe will support you along the way.
We will conduct three in depth and interactive discussions:
1. Discovery: Where we work to understand your goals
2. Foundations: Where we confirm our understanding of your situation and explore early opportunities
3. Plan Review: Where we walk through the plan and discuss how to put it into action. Our planning and depth of analysis will be customized to the areas where we agree the most value a can be added for your unique situation.

This is a 90 day initial engagement culminating in a written foundations document and a written financial plan including priority implementation actions. Includes unlimited email and reasonable meeting support during the 90-day initial engagement.

Upon completing the initial engagement clients have 3 options.
#1 Become ongoing Co-Created financial planning clients which includes support in putting your plan into action and annual plan update meetings for just $125/month.
#2 Become “Self-Serve” clients which includes continued access to our innovative software for $8.99/month and follow-up meetings at $250/hour
#3 Discontinue services, keeping the financial plan as delivered, subsequent meetings available for $250/hour with a 3 hour minimum (including preparation work)
Hire a captain: Full service comprehensive financial planning
In this option Gybe does the heavy lifting, crafting your financial plan with your input and guidance. We then work with you for a year to support implementing the actions we agreed together.
We will conduct 4+ interactive discussions:
1. Discovery: Where we work to understand and clarify your goals
2. Foundations: Where we share our understanding of your situation and explore early opportunities
3. Plan Review: Where we walk through the plan and key opportunities
4. Implementation working session(s): Where we work hand-in-hand with you and your other advisors to put your plan into action
5. Year end-tax planning working session (where appropriate)

This is a full service, white-glove offering. It includes unlimited priority email and meeting support for plan revisions, education, and implementation planning support. We will also work directly/coordinate with your other advisors (accounts, lawyers, investment managers etc. as appropriate.)

This is a full service package, there will be no additional charges beyond the annual package price.
Second and subsequent year pricing will be discounted 30% from the Hire a captain pricing at that time.
